Common Questions
How do I sign up for a volunteer spot?
Open an event from your dashboard, find a spot with availability, and tap "Sign Up". You'll earn XP for signing up!
How do I swap a spot with another parent?
Go to your dashboard, tap "Request Swap" on your assigned spot, then pick the spot you'd like instead. The other parent will receive a notification to accept or decline.
I can't log in or forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you haven't activated your account yet, check your email for an invite with your activation code.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and associated data for the Tour Crew app (nz.org.northshore.tourcrew), go to your Profile screen and tap "Delete Account" or email us at tourcrew@northshore.org.nz.
This process permanently removes your personal information and associated app data from our systems, except for data we are legally required to retain for financial or audit purposes (such as fundraising records). Requests are typically processed within 5 days.

Can I block another parent?
Yes. On the Swaps screen, tap the block icon next to any swap request to block that user. They won't be able to send you swap requests and their spots won't appear in your swap options.
